PVC Pressure Vanstone Flange
PVC Pressure Van Stone Flanges are made of two pieces: a flange with a PVC pressure pipe socket, and a table D & E / ANSI rotating ring. The rotating ring makes bolt alignment easy by moving freely around the flange even when it’s glued to pipe. The bolt holes are pre-drilled. These flanges are chemical and corrosion resistant. Primer and solvent recommended for optimal use. Rubber Gaskets sold separately.
Suited for pressure applications up to 1800kpa (up to 50° Celsius). Table D & E / ANSI drilling.
Commonly used in irrigation systems, pools, plumbing, and industrial applications.
Our PVC Slip Fixes are Watermark Approved Fittings, manufactured to AS/NZS 1477 Standard.
PVC Pressure Pipe Saddle Clip
Saddle clips are a simple and easy way to fix pipes against walls and posts, helping to prevent water hammer. They are made in Australia and meet Australian standard AS/NZ 3500 3.3.3. Our PVC pressure saddle clips are made of galvanised steel and are powder coated. They are resistant to corrosion and electrolysis.
PVC Pressure Barrel Union (Cat 22)
Barrel unions allow temporary disconnection of pipe, and provide an easy to way to remove parts of a system. They’re commonly used where maintenance of pumps and valves may be required. The locking ring can be unscrewed without rotating other fittings and pipe, making barrel unions useful in tight spots like underground installations. When the locking ring is unscrewed the two halves of the fitting separate so you can lift or drop out the section. PVC Pressure Barrel Unions have sockets on both sides for PVC pressure pipe. A rubber ring provides the internal seal between components.
Primer and solvent recommended for optimal use. Commonly used in swimming pool and irrigation applications.
Our PVC Pressure Barrel Unions are Watermark Approved Fittings, and manufactured to AS/NZS 1477 Standard.
PVC Pressure Reducing Bush (Cat 5)
PVC Pressure Bush Reducing allows you to fit smaller pipes into larger fittings. Commonly used with couplings, tees, elbows, and the bell-ends of larger pipes, to transition to smaller sizes. One side of the fitting is a spigot (it has the same outside diameter as a PVC pressure pipe) allowing it to be inserted into another fitting. The other side is a socket for a smaller size of PVC pressure pipe to fit into.
See PVC Coupling Reducing to join two PVC pressure pipes of different sizes.
Primer and solvent recommended for optimal use. Commonly used in irrigation and industrial applications.
NOTE: If you cannot find a size combination here, you may be able to make it up by gluing one into another.
