Low Density Poly Pipe is suited for garden beds, landscape irrigation, nurseries, agricultural irrigation, drip irrigation, micro spray irrigation, and low-pressure sprinkler lines. Made from low density polyethylene.

Install each pipe size using LD poly barbed fittings that match the selected pipe size. Push the fitting fully inside the pipe, then secure the connection with a matching ratchet clamp or cobra clamp.

Low density poly pipe has a maximum operating pressure of 300 kPa or 3 BAR at 35°C. At warmer temperatures the pipe material softens and its maximum operating pressure decreases. If the supply pressure exceeds the allowable operating pressure of the pipe, pressure regulation may be required to avoid bursts and disconnected fittings.

Suitable for above-ground and below-ground installation. Take care the pipe is not exposed to sharp surfaces, excessive pulling, tight bends that would cause kinks, or heavy objects weighing down on it.

Low density poly pipe sizes are nominal, meaning the internal and external diameters do not necessarily match the stated size exactly. Use LD poly fittings and matching ratchet or cobra clamps for the selected pipe size.

Metric PE100 poly pressure pipe in 20mm to 110mm sizes, available in selected 50m to 200m coils and 6m straight lengths. The range includes PN10, PN12.5 and PN16 pressure classes for irrigation, domestic and rural water supply, civil water transfer and general pressure applications.

Blue Line coil products are drinking water safe and identified by a blue stripe for potable-water service. Selected 6m straight lengths are supplied in either Blue Line or plain black pipe, depending on size. Confirm potable-water certification and project identification requirements before using plain black pipe for drinking-water supply.

PN10 pipe has a nominal pressure rating of 1000kPa, or 10 bar, at 20°C. PN12.5 pipe has a nominal pressure rating of 1250 kPa, or 12.5 bar, at 20°C. PN16 pipe has a nominal pressure rating of 1600 kPa, or 16 bar, at 20°C. The allowable operating pressure reduces when used continuously at higher temperatures.

The range includes SDR17, SDR13.6 and SDR11 pipe, with nominal wall thicknesses from approximately 1.8mm to 10.6mm depending on pipe size and pressure class. The SDR rating describes the ratio between the pipe’s outside diameter and wall thickness. For pipes of the same diameter, a lower SDR number indicates a thicker wall.

PE100 is a high-strength polyethylene grade used for pressure pipe. It is tough and resistant to rust, rot, corrosion and internal scale build-up, while its smooth internal bore supports efficient water flow.

Manufactured to AS/NZS 4130, the pipe is commonly joined using matching metric compression fittings. Compatible electrofusion fittings can also be used where a welded connection is preferred.

Metric pipe size identifies the nominal outside diameter. Internal diameters and wall thicknesses are approximate mean values and may vary within manufacturing tolerances.

For the same nominal size, a higher PN rating uses a thicker wall and has a smaller internal diameter. PN is the nominal pressure rating in bar at 20°C; temperature derating applies above 20°C.

Green Line rural poly pipe is the lighter-duty option, rated to a maximum pressure of 800 kPa. It is lightweight, flexible and easy to handle, making it well suited to basic farm irrigation, stock-water lines and lower-pressure rural applications. A bright green co-extruded line provides clear product identification.

Red Line rural poly pipe is the higher-pressure option, rated to 900 kPa. It provides greater impact strength and resistance to UV exposure and weathering for more demanding agricultural and rural water-transfer installations. A bright red co-extruded line identifies the Red Line range.

Rural poly pipe uses nominal imperial sizing based on internal diameter, while the actual dimensions vary by product. Matching rural compression fittings must be selected for the pipe’s nominal rural size and actual outside diameter.

The range is supplied in flexible coils to support longer pipe runs with fewer joints. Selected Red Line coils are supplied nested and must be ordered in multiples of two, while other products are supplied as standard individual coils.

Internal diameters are approximate, calculated from outside diameter minus twice the wall thickness. Confirm the supplied pipe dimensions when selecting rural fittings.

Rural poly pipe in Green Line and Red Line options, covering selected nominal sizes from 3/4" to 2" and coil lengths from 100 to 200 metres. Designed for agricultural irrigation, stock watering, farm water transfer and general rural water-supply applications.

Green Line rural poly pipe is the lighter-duty option, rated to a maximum pressure of 800 kPa. It is lightweight, flexible and easy to handle, making it well suited to basic farm irrigation, stock-water lines and lower-pressure rural applications. A bright green co-extruded line provides clear product identification.

Red Line rural poly pipe is the higher-pressure option, rated to 900 kPa. It provides greater impact strength and resistance to UV exposure and weathering for more demanding agricultural and rural water-transfer installations. A bright red co-extruded line identifies the Red Line range.

Rural poly pipe uses nominal imperial sizing based on internal diameter, while the actual dimensions vary by product. Matching rural compression fittings must be selected for the pipe’s nominal rural size and actual outside diameter.

The range is supplied in flexible coils to support longer pipe runs with fewer joints. Selected Red Line coils are supplied nested and must be ordered in multiples of two, while other products are supplied as standard individual coils.

PE100 compressed-air pipe rated PN25 and supplied in 6m straight lengths. Designed for fixed compressed-air distribution systems in workshops, factories, compressor rooms and industrial facilities.

For compressed-air service, the permissible operating pressure is 1600 kPa at 20°C. PN25 identifies the pipe’s nominal pressure class, while the lower compressed-air operating pressure allows for the additional safety factor required when conveying compressed gas. The allowable operating pressure reduces as temperature increases.

PE100 is a high-strength polyethylene grade used for pressure pipe. It is lightweight, corrosion resistant and does not suffer from internal rust or scale build-up. Its smooth internal bore supports efficient airflow and helps reduce unnecessary pressure loss through the system.

The blue base colour assists with compressed-air service identification in accordance with AS 1345. The pipe is manufactured in Australia to AS/NZS 4130 and AS/NZS 4131.

Pipe diameter must be selected according to the required airflow, total pipe-run length and distance from the compressor to the furthest outlet. Use only compatible PE fittings and joining methods specifically approved for compressed-air service.

Super Blue Flex funny pipe is linear low density polyethylene tubing for flexible sprinkler connections. Supplied in a 30m coil, it can be cut into short lengths to bend around obstacles and adjust sprinkler position and depth without moving the main pipe run.

Tubing can be pulled from the centre of the coil during installation.

Use compatible E-Z-EL funny pipe fittings. Nominal 1/2" refers to the tubing size; the fitting thread must match the sprinkler or pipework connection.

The pipe is rated to 120psi at 100°F, approximately 827kPa at 37.8°C.
