Aluminium Camlock Fittings
Aluminium camlocks are commonly used where a quick, convenient connection and disconnection of piping and hose is required. All of our aluminium camlocks are suitable to a temperature up to 100 degrees celsius. Threads are cut according to the ISO 228 standard all of our camlocks have been produced to Mil Spec A-A 59326. These products conform to ASTM B 26B 26M and are typically used for general use, agriculture and industrial applications. They are also suitable for general air and water applications.

Poly barb hose connectors are used to connect flexible hose to BSP threaded fittings, valves, pumps and pipework. They are suitable for irrigation, rural water, plumbing and general water systems where a hose connection is required from a male threaded adaptor.
Made from UVB stabilised glass fibre reinforced Nylon 6, these hose connectors provide a male BSP thread on one end and a hose tail connection on the other. Use Teflon thread tape or a suitable sealing compound on the BSP thread and secure the hose with a suitable hose clamp.

Brass male threaded swivel hose barbs are used to connect flexible hose to BSP threaded fittings, valves, pumps and pipework while allowing the hose barb connection to rotate during installation. They are suitable for plumbing, irrigation, rural water and general water systems where hose alignment is important.
These fittings use brass threaded and hose barb components with a stainless steel circlip and EPDM O-ring. Use suitable thread sealant or PTFE tape on the BSP thread and secure the hose with a suitable hose clamp.

Black petrochemical suction hose is designed for environmental waste collection, grease-trap servicing and septic-tank applications.

Yellow Flex Air hose is a general-purpose hose for air and water supply.
It has a black inner wall and a safety-yellow outer wall, with a flexible construction for hose routing. The hose is resistant to oil mist and UV exposure.
The hose has a working-pressure rating of 1586 kPa (230 psi).
Black fire reel hose is designed for use on fire reels and for general water delivery. It has a black inner wall and a UV-stabilised black outer wall.
The hose has a working-pressure rating of 1000 kPa (145 psi). The 19mm and 25mm sizes have different outside diameters, which are shown in the Specifications tab.
Steel fire hose reels store the delivery hose on a hand-wound drum, keeping it supported between uses. Fully fitted models include black fire reel hose and a nozzle. Reels with fittings are supplied assembled for fitting a hose and nozzle separately. Reinforced black PVC fire reel hose is supplied separately, per metre or in complete rolls.
The HRFF19 fitted reel carries 25m of 19mm (3/4") black PVC fire reel hose with a nozzle. The HRFF25 fitted reel carries 20m of 25mm (1") black PVC fire reel hose with a nozzle and a 25mm (1") side swivel tailpiece.
The HRSR40-18F reel suits 19mm (3/4") hose and the HRSR40-25F suits 25mm (1") hose. These with-fittings versions are supplied assembled, with no hose, hose clamps or nozzle. They allow the hose and nozzle to be fitted separately.
A hand crank turns the drum to rewind the hose. The powder coated steel construction and supporting stand keep the hose on a drum between uses. The stand has fixing feet for securing the reel.
Separate black PVC fire reel hose is supplied in 19mm and 25mm bore. The 19mm hose comes per metre or in 20m, 36m, 50m and 100m rolls. The 25mm hose comes per metre or in 20m, 30m and 100m rolls. The hose working pressure is 1000kPa (145psi) and its standard reference is AS/NZS1221. Hose is supplied without a reel, fittings or nozzle.
