Our Inset lids are manufactured to suit our entire range of tanks. All grates are rated as class C able to handle a nominal wheel load of 5 tonne. Available in flush, raised 25mm and raised 100mm options. All galvanised grates feature N16 reinforcing. Made with concrete that has been tested to ensure product quality by licensed testers, this product satisfies Australian Standard 1012.

These grates are hinged to be accessable as a manhole, with a bolt down.

A liner is commonly used as either a silt pit or as a flow control pit. The purpose of a silt pit is to capture any silt or solids present in stormwater before it passes into a drainage system. A flow control pit only allows a small constant flow of stormwater to be released into a drainage system at a time. Made with concrete that has been tested to ensure product quality by licensed testers, this product satisfies Australian Standard 1012. All liners have been reinforced using 4 mm steel mesh cages in accordance with AS/NZ 4671, and are made by hand in Western Australia.

Moulded Soakwell

Moulded soakwells provide an underground tank for water collection allowing it to seep away into the soil without causing damage to the surrounding areas. Our concrete soakwells range in capacity and size, the smallest being 381 L and the largest being 2650 L. Made with concrete that has been tested to ensure product quality by licensed testers, this product satisfies Australian Standard 1012. All soakwells have been reinforced using 4 mm steel mesh cages in accordance with AS/NZ 4671, and are made in Western Australia.

As per industry standard, no grooves or pipe inlets have been outlined for soakwells - diagrams and images for illustrative purposes only.

Septic Lid

Septic lids are split lid covers commonly used for covering a septic tank. The septic tank cover features an inspection cap and 1.3 tonne lifting anchors which require a 1.3 tonne lifting clutch. Covers are made to fit all tanks in both non-trafficable sizes and heavy duty trafficable covers. All septic tank covers have been made with concrete that has been tested to ensure product quality by licensed testers done on site in accordance with Australian Standard 1012.

Septic Tank

Commonly used for the collection and anaerobic digestion of sewerage underground before drainage. All septic tanks are reinforced with 4 mm steel mesh cages in accordance with AS/NZ 4671. All septic tanks also carry the Australian Standards tick of approval including an instruction manual as per AS/NZ 1546.1.

Septic systems require two (2) tanks, the first being the 1500 x 1500 tank and the second being the 1200 x 1500 tank.
