PVC Pressure Bush Reducing 100mm x 50mm (4" x 2") is a PVC-U fitting used to reduce a 100mm PVC pressure fitting socket to accept 50mm PVC pressure pipe. The 100mm spigot has a 114.3mm outside diameter, while the 50mm socket fits over PVC pressure pipe with a 60.4mm outside diameter.
The 100mm spigot inserts into a matching moulded PVC pressure fitting socket and is joined using PVC priming fluid and pressure-rated solvent cement. The 50mm socket fits over matching PVC pressure pipe and is joined using the same solvent-weld method. The spigot is designed for use with a fitting socket and should not be installed into a PVC pressure pipe socket.
The bush reducing fitting is suited to commercial and agricultural irrigation, domestic and rural water supply, pump systems, pool and spa equipment, general water transfer and compatible PVC pressure pipework.
