PVC Pressure Faucet Takeoff Adapter 20mm x 20mm (3/4" x 3/4") BSPF is a PVC-U fitting with a 20mm solvent-weld spigot at one end and a 3/4" female BSP thread at the other. It connects a matching PVC pressure fitting socket to a 3/4" male BSP connection, such as those found on valves, pumps, filters, sprinkler components and other compatible fittings or equipment.
The 26.8mm outside diameter spigot inserts into a matching 20mm PVC pressure fitting socket and is joined using PVC priming fluid and pressure-rated solvent cement. This joining method is known as a solvent weld joint, or SWJ. The female BSP end accepts a matching 3/4" male BSP thread.
The adapter is suited to residential, commercial and agricultural irrigation, garden and landscape watering, domestic and rural water supply, sprinkler installations, irrigation valves, pump and filter connections, pool and spa equipment, general water transfer and compatible PVC pressure pipework. Do not overtighten the PVC threaded connection.
