PVC pressure faucet tees are PVC-U fittings with two solvent-weld sockets forming a straight pipeline and a female BSP threaded branch at 90°. They join two lengths of matching PVC pressure pipe while providing a threaded branch connection for a matching male BSP fitting or component.
Each socket fits over PVC pressure pipe of the selected nominal size and is joined using PVC priming fluid and pressure-rated solvent cement. The female BSP branch connects to a matching male BSP connection, such as a threaded riser, nipple, sprinkler component, valve or other compatible fitting.
PVC pressure pipe sizes are nominal, so the stated pipe size is different from the measured pipe outside diameter. The pipe sockets and female BSP branch may be the same nominal size or different sizes. Confirm both the PVC pressure pipe size and BSP thread size before ordering.
These fittings are suited to residential, commercial and agricultural irrigation, garden and landscape watering, domestic and rural water supply, sprinkler installations, threaded riser connections, pump systems and compatible PVC pressure pipework.
