The Hunter EZ-LR Decoder is a long range single station decoder for Hunter EZ Decoder System two-wire irrigation installations. Each decoder controls one irrigation valve station and is designed for projects where a valve station needs to be controlled over a longer two-wire path than the standard EZ-1 decoder.

The EZ-LR is compatible with Hunter EZ-DM and PC-DM decoder output modules. Use EZ-DM with compatible ICC2, HCC and MCC controllers. Use PC-DM with compatible Pro-C and HPC controllers.

EZ-LR decoders are compact, waterproof and include a built-in status LED for field diagnostics. They are programmed through the compatible decoder output module without needing to enter individual decoder serial numbers, helping simplify setup and servicing.

Programmed through the compatible decoder output module without needing to enter individual decoder serial numbers. Uses standard EZ Decoder System wire colours. No special wire or connectors are required, although waterproof connections are encouraged. No special in-line grounding or surge arrestors are required for the EZ Decoder System. Ground the controller as usual.
