DWV Coupling Plain 65mm joins two sections of nominal 65mm PVC DWV pipe in a straight line.
The coupling has a 65mm female socket at each end, which fits over matching PVC DWV pipe with an approximately 69mm outside diameter. An internal centre stop prevents either pipe from sliding completely through the fitting and helps position the coupling evenly between the two pipe ends.
Both sockets are joined using PVC priming fluid and suitable non-pressure PVC solvent cement. This is known as a solvent weld joint, or SWJ.
PVC DWV pipe and fittings are suitable for use in stormwater, sewerage, wastewater, vent, and other non-pressure applications.
