PVC DWV (Stormwater) Level Invert Taper 300 mm x 225 mm is used to connect compatible 225mm PVC DWV or stormwater pipe to a larger 300mm female socket fitting while keeping the inside bottom of both sides level.
The smaller 225mm female socket fits over compatible nominal 225mm PVC DWV or stormwater pipe with an approximately 250mm outside diameter. The larger 300mm pipe-size spigot has an approximately 315mm outside diameter and fits into a compatible 300mm PVC DWV or stormwater female socket fitting.
The tapered offset design of the fitting allows you to keep the inside bottom of both sides level.
The socket and pipe-size spigot connections are joined using PVC priming fluid and suitable non-pressure PVC solvent cement. This joining method is known as a solvent weld joint, or SWJ.
The stated 300mm and 225mm sizes are nominal and do not equal the measured pipe outside diameters.
Suitable for compatible PVC DWV and stormwater systems and other non-pressure drainage applications.
