The Hunter Pro-Spray is a pop-up sprinkler body for lawn and landscape irrigation, with a riser that extends 3 inches (75mm) above the body during watering. When the system switches off, the riser retracts into the body. The sprinkler is 125mm tall with the riser retracted.
The body has a 15mm (1/2") Female BSP inlet and accepts industry-standard female-threaded sprinkler nozzles, including Hunter Pro Fixed, Pro Adjustable, Pro High-Efficiency and female-threaded MP Rotator nozzles. Coverage, spray pattern and flow depend on the nozzle fitted. Nozzle sold separately.
A heavy-duty retraction spring returns the riser after watering, while the wiper seal helps keep debris out and reduce leakage around the riser. The body operates within a pressure range of 100–700 kPa, with the required watering pressure determined by the selected nozzle.
The pop-up body is supplied with a grey flush cap. After installing the sprinkler body and before fitting a nozzle, run water through the system to flush dirt and debris that may have fallen into the pipe line during installation.
