Toro TVAN8 Green adjustable spray nozzle for smaller areas in lawn and garden sprinkler systems.
The easy-grip top lets you adjust the spray arc by hand, with the sprinkler running or switched off. Set the arc from 0° to 360° to suit the area being watered. The top adjustment screw lets you shorten the watering distance by up to 25%.
The removable pressure compensator at the base of the nozzle helps control flow and reduce misting caused by excess pressure.
At 200 kPa pressure, the nozzle waters a 2.4 metre radius with a 360° arc setting. Radius is the distance from the sprinkler to the outer edge of the spray. Flow at this setting is 4.80 L/min. A narrower arc uses less flow; flow is 1.40 L/min at 90°, 2.40 L/min at 180° and 3.50 L/min at 270°, all at 200 kPa.
Recommended operating pressure is 210 kPa.
Male nozzle thread suits Toro 570Z sprinkler bodies. Sprinkler body sold separately. The nozzle can also be used with matching shrubhead adaptors where pop-up is not required, typically installed on top of a riser.
TVAN identifies the variable-arc nozzle family, and 8 identifies an 8-foot radius nozzle, approximately 2.4 metres. The nozzle is colour-coded green.
