HUNTER MP1000 90°–210° FEMALE-THREADED ROTARY NOZZLE

Hunter MP1000 adjustable rotary nozzle for smaller lawn areas, with a spray arc from 90° to 210°.

Multiple rotating streams spread water evenly and help maintain coverage in wind. Standard MP Rotators apply water slowly, giving the soil more time to absorb it and helping reduce runoff. Their low flow allows more sprinklers to run on a zone where the water supply is limited.

The double-pop design keeps the nozzle in its protected position until the sprinkler riser has fully extended, helping protect it from dirt and debris during startup. A removable filter screen helps prevent clogging and can be cleaned when required.

At the recommended 280 kPa pressure, the MP1000 waters a 4.1 metre radius. Radius is the distance from the sprinkler to the outer edge of the spray. Flow ranges from 0.80 to 1.86 L/min as the arc changes from 90° to 210°.

The adjustment ring sets the spray arc while the sprinkler is running. The top adjustment screw lets you shorten the watering distance by up to approximately 25%. For minimum radius settings, regulate your system pressure to 210 kPa pressure and reduce the radius with the nozzle's radius adjustment.

Precipitation rate describes how quickly water is applied across the area. Standard MP Rotators adjust their flow as the arc and radius change, helping different nozzles apply a similar depth of water during the same watering time. Keep them on a separate zone from the faster-watering MP800 family. MP strip compatibility depends on spacing and layout.

Female nozzle thread suits Hunter Pro-Spray sprinkler bodies. Sprinkler body sold separately. The nozzle can also be used with matching shrubhead adaptors where pop-up is not required, typically installed on top of a riser.

The MP1000 family covers a 2.5–4.5 metre radius range. This MP-1000-90 model has a 90°–210° adjustable arc and is colour-coded maroon.
