HUNTER MP815 360° FEMALE-THREADED ROTARY NOZZLE

Hunter MP815 360° Female-Threaded Rotary Nozzle for open lawn and garden areas. Multiple rotating streams provide even coverage and help resist wind drift. The MP800 family applies water faster than Standard MP Rotators, making it useful where watering time is limited, while applying water more slowly than traditional spray nozzles. The double-pop design helps protect the nozzle from dirt and debris during startup. The top adjustment screw lets you shorten the watering distance. The full-circle pattern stays fixed. Sprinkler body sold separately.

✓ Radius Reduction
Use the Hunter MP Rotator Adjustment Tool (MPTOOL) or a small flathead screwdriver on the top adjustment screw. Turn clockwise to reduce radius and counterclockwise to increase it. Radius reduction is up to approximately 25%.
For minimum radius settings, regulate your system pressure to 210 kPa pressure and reduce the radius with the nozzle's radius adjustment.
A slip clutch limits reduction to maintain reliable rotation. The adjustment screw does not completely shut off the nozzle.

The full-circle arc stays fixed.

Precipitation rate describes how quickly water is applied across the area, measured in millimetres per hour.
At 280 kPa with a 360° arc setting:
Square spacing: 21 mm/hour.
Triangular spacing: 24 mm/hour.
Spacing: 50% of the diameter of throw.
MP800-family rate: Approximately 20 mm/hour. Keep MP800 on separate zones from Standard MP Rotators, which apply approximately 10 mm/hour.

Flow adjusts as radius changes to help maintain the MP800 precipitation rate.

✓ Pressure Regulation
Hunter Pro-Spray PRS40 regulates pressure to 280 kPa for normal radius settings. PRS30 regulates pressure to 210 kPa for minimum radius settings, used with radius adjustment.
