RAIN BIRD ESP-ME 6 STATION EXPANSION MODULE

The Rain Bird ESP-ME 6 Station Expansion Module adds six conventional wired watering zones to a compatible ESP-ME3 or ESP-Me modular controller. It occupies one expansion bay. An ESP-ME3 with its four-station base and one 6-station module provides 10 total stations. Controller purchased separately.

The Rain Bird ESP-ME 6 Station Expansion Module adds six conventional station outputs to a compatible ESP-ME3 or ESP-Me controller. With an ESP-ME3 four-station base and one 6-station module, the controller provides 10 total stations.

Check that the existing controller is a compatible ESP-ME3 or ESP-Me and has an available expansion bay before ordering.

The module slides into an available compatible bay and is secured with its locking lever. The controller supplies power to the module. Follow the controller’s installation guide for fitting.

The ESP-ME3 includes four base stations and has three expansion bays. Each bay accepts a compatible 3- or 6-station module. For straightforward station sequencing, Rain Bird recommends placing 6-station modules before any 3-station module. Each expansion bay can accept either module size. The table shows recommended layouts from left to right.

Recommended ESP-ME3 module layouts

Bay 1 contains the supplied four-station base (stations 1–4). The table shows recommended module layouts in Bays 2, 3 and 4, from left to right. Modules are purchased separately.

A 6-station module uses all six station numbers assigned to its bay. A 3-station module uses only the first three: 5–7 in Bay 2, 11–13 in Bay 3, or 17–19 in Bay 4. The remaining numbers in that bay are skipped.

LNK2 is available separately for Rain Bird app connectivity on compatible controllers.
