The I-40 provides a 15.2–23.2 metre radius across its nozzle configurations. Radius is the distance from the sprinkler to the outer edge of the watering pattern. Recommended operating pressure is 250–700 kPa.

The opposing-nozzle model waters a fixed 360° full circle. Use the correct nozzle configuration and pressure for the required watering distance.

The check valve holds back up to 4.5 metres of elevation to reduce low-head drainage.

The 100mm stainless steel riser extends during watering and retracts afterwards. The inlet is 25mm (1") BSP female. The overall body height when retracted is 200mm.

Six nozzle choices are supplied per sprinkler, with a 25° trajectory.

✓ Radius Adjustment
The top adjustment screw lets you shorten the watering distance. Choose the nozzle for the required watering distance, then use the screw to shorten the radius as needed.

✓ Sprinkler Spacing
Spacing is the distance between neighbouring sprinklers.
For head-to-head coverage, each sprinkler throws water far enough to reach the next sprinkler. This overlap helps water the area between them evenly.
Use the actual watering distance after adjustment when planning the spacing.
A square layout places sprinklers on a square grid. A triangular layout uses staggered rows.

✓ Precipitation Rate
Precipitation rate describes how quickly water is applied across the area, measured in millimetres per hour.
For example, with the 15 Grey nozzle at 450 kPa, a 360° full-circle arc and sprinklers spaced 16.8 metres apart:
Square layout: 11 mm/hour.
Triangular layout: 13 mm/hour.
This model waters a fixed full circle. Its nozzle configuration and sprinkler spacing determine the watering rate. Match these to the other sprinklers sharing the zone.
