The Hunter ACC2 Decoder 75 Station Expansion Module is a decoder output module used to add station capacity to compatible ACC2 Decoder controllers. It is designed for use with Hunter ACC2 Decoder systems where additional two-wire decoder station capacity is required.

Each A2C-D75 module adds up to 75 decoder stations and provides up to three two-wire path connections to the field. A compatible ACC2 Decoder controller can use additional A2C-D75 modules to expand from 75 stations to 150 or 225 stations.

The A2C-D75 is part of the ACC2 decoder platform and is used with Hunter ICD decoders installed in the field. It is not a conventional wired station expansion module and should not be confused with the A2M-600 module used for ACC2 conventional controllers.

The module includes colour coding, surge protection and replaceable 20A mini blade automotive fuses. Correct two-wire path installation, grounding and waterproof field connections are important for reliable decoder system performance.

✓ Installation
Plug-in module installed inside a compatible ACC2 Decoder controller. Turn controller power off before installation, open the slide lock, insert the module, close the slide lock, then restore power and test.

✓ Wiring Note
Use Hunter IDWIRE or an approved decoder cable for the two-wire path. Field splices should be made with suitable waterproof direct-burial connectors, with approximately 1.5m of slack left at decoder or valve box locations for service access.

✓ Grounding Note
Decoder systems require approved earth grounding at minimum every 12th decoder or every 300m of two-wire path, whichever is shorter. Proper grounding helps protect the decoder system from surge damage.

✓ Protection
A2C-D75 output modules include diagnostic status LEDs, surge protection and replaceable 20A mini blade automotive fuses. Hunter ICD decoders include integrated surge protection and ground wire.
