Hansen Nyglass 8mm x 6mm reducing hose tails are used to connect 6mm flexible hose or pipe to 8mm female BSP threaded fittings, outlets and pipework. They are suitable for irrigation, horticultural, agricultural, plumbing, marine and general water applications where the threaded connection and hose size are different.

Made from glass fibre reinforced nylon, this reducing hose tail provides an 8mm male BSPT thread and a 6mm hose tail connection for compatible flexible hose. Use a suitable thread sealant on the threaded connection, push the hose onto the tail and secure with a suitable hose clamp.
