DWV Threaded Access Cap 100mm provides a removable closure for a matching 100mm DWV threaded coupling.
The cap has an internal female thread that screws onto the external male thread of the matching threaded coupling. It can be removed when access to the pipework is required for inspection, testing or cleaning, and can also be used to temporarily blank the opening.
The matching 100mm threaded coupling is used with nominal 100mm PVC DWV pipe, which has an approximately 110mm outside diameter. The access cap does not fit directly onto the pipe and is not solvent welded in place. A matching threaded coupling is required and is not included.
PVC DWV pipe and fittings are suitable for use in stormwater, sewerage, wastewater, vent, and other non-pressure applications.
