The Davey XF192 is a twin-stage electric transfer pump for clean-water transfer, irrigation, washdown, aquaculture and hydroponics. It is supplied with a 2m power lead and Australian 10amp plug.
XF192: maximum flow 190LPM; maximum head 33m; 0.8kW motor.
Maximum flow and maximum head are separate limits. Available flow decreases as the pump works against more head. Use the performance curve to check the required flow and pressure, including pipe losses and height differences.
Inlet: 1" BSP female thread.
Outlet: 1" BSP female thread.
These are standard transfer pumps. They do not automatically start and stop as taps open and close; automatic operation requires suitable separate controls. The supplied motor has automatic-reset thermal-overload protection.
Maximum suction lift is 7.5m, with usable lift depending on inlet conditions and suction-pipe losses. Before starting, fill the pump casing and suction line through the priming opening above the inlet, then refit the plug. Suction-lift installations need a good-quality foot valve to retain prime.
Use clean, non-volatile liquids without fibres, solids or abrasive material, at temperatures from 1°C to 50°C. Do not run the pump dry, with loss of prime or for prolonged periods against a closed outlet.
Install horizontally on a firm base near the water source, with drainage and a weatherproof, frost-free, ventilated enclosure. Support the pipework and keep suction connections airtight.
Each pump uses a 220–240V single-phase, 50Hz supply and comes with a 2m power lead and Australian 10amp three-pin plug.
Davey provides a two-year warranty, subject to its terms.
