HUNTER MP2000 210°–270° MALE-THREADED ROTARY NOZZLE

Hunter MP2000 210°–270° Male-Threaded Rotary Nozzle for lawn and garden irrigation with adjustable part-circle coverage. Multiple rotating streams spread water evenly and help maintain coverage in wind. Slow water application gives the soil more time to absorb water, helping reduce runoff, while low flow allows more sprinklers to run on a zone where the water supply is limited. The double-pop design helps protect the nozzle from dirt and debris during startup. The adjustment ring sets the spray arc. The top adjustment screw lets you shorten the watering distance. Sprinkler body sold separately.

✓ Coverage: 5.8 metre radius at 280 kPa pressure
✓ Spray Pattern: Adjustable 210°–270°
✓ Flow: 3.26–4.17 L/min at 280 kPa pressure
✓ Recommended Pressure: 280 kPa
✓ Compatibility: Male nozzle thread suits Toro 570Z sprinkler bodies

Hunter MP Rotator 2000 Male 210°-270° Adjustable (Radius 4.0m - 6.4m)

Hunter MP2000 210°–270° Male-Threaded Rotary Nozzle for lawn and garden irrigation with adjustable part-circle coverage.

At 280 kPa pressure, the nozzle waters a 5.8 metre radius. Flow is 3.26–4.17 L/min at 280 kPa pressure.

Model: MP-2000-210-HT. HT identifies male nozzle thread. The model number identifies the rotary-nozzle family; it is not a radius in feet. Colour: Green.

✓ Connection and Compatibility
Male nozzle thread suits Toro 570Z sprinkler bodies. Sprinkler body sold separately. The nozzle can also be used with matching shrubhead adaptors where pop-up is not required, typically installed on top of a riser.

✓ Product Type and Application
Hunter MP2000 210°–270° Male-Threaded Rotary Nozzle for lawn and garden irrigation with adjustable part-circle coverage.

✓ Coverage and Spray Pattern
Radius: 5.8 metres at 280 kPa pressure, before radius reduction.
Radius is the distance from the sprinkler to the outer edge of the watering pattern.
Radius range: 4.0–6.4 metres.
Spray pattern: Adjustable 210°–270°.

✓ Radius Reduction
Use the Hunter MP Rotator Adjustment Tool (MPTOOL) or a small flathead screwdriver on the top adjustment screw.
Turn clockwise to reduce radius and counterclockwise to increase it. Radius reduction is up to approximately 25%.
For minimum radius settings, regulate your system pressure to 210 kPa pressure and reduce the radius with the nozzle's radius adjustment.
A slip clutch limits reduction to maintain reliable rotation. The adjustment screw does not completely shut off the nozzle.

✓ Arc Adjustment
Set the spray arc with the adjustment ring while the sprinkler is operating. Turn clockwise to increase the arc or counterclockwise to decrease it. Use the Hunter MP Rotator Adjustment Tool (MPTOOL) if required.

✓ Pressure & Flow
Recommended operating pressure: 280 kPa.
Maximum continuous nozzle pressure: 380 kPa.
With a 210° arc setting:
210 kPa: 5.2 metre radius; 2.84 L/min.
250 kPa: 5.5 metre radius; 3.07 L/min.
280 kPa: 5.8 metre radius; 3.26 L/min.
300 kPa: 6.1 metre radius; 3.45 L/min.
350 kPa: 6.4 metre radius; 3.71 L/min.
380 kPa: 6.4 metre radius; 3.83 L/min.

With a 270° arc setting:
210 kPa: 5.2 metre radius; 3.60 L/min.
250 kPa: 5.5 metre radius; 3.90 L/min.
280 kPa: 5.8 metre radius; 4.17 L/min.
300 kPa: 6.1 metre radius; 4.43 L/min.
350 kPa: 6.4 metre radius; 4.66 L/min.
380 kPa: 6.4 metre radius; 4.93 L/min.

✓ Precipitation Rate
Precipitation rate describes how quickly water is applied across the area, measured in millimetres per hour.
At 280 kPa with a 270° arc setting:
Square spacing: 10 mm/hour.
Triangular spacing: 12 mm/hour.
Spacing: 50% of the diameter of throw.
Standard MP rate: Approximately 10 mm/hour. Keep Standard MP separate from the faster MP800 family.

✓ Automatic Matched Precipitation
Flow adjusts as arc and radius change to help maintain the Standard MP precipitation rate.

✓ Rotating-Stream Performance
Multiple rotating streams distribute water slowly and evenly. Their wind resistance helps maintain coverage and reduce misting.

✓ Factory Settings
The adjustable model is supplied with a 210° arc setting and maximum radius setting.

✓ Debris Protection and Filtration
The double-pop design keeps the nozzle protected until the sprinkler riser has fully extended.
A removable filter screen helps prevent clogging and allows cleaning.

✓ Identification
Model: MP-2000-210-HT.
HT identifies male nozzle thread.
The model number identifies the rotary-nozzle family; it is not a radius in feet.
Colour: Green.

✓ Warranty
Three years.
