This Tolsen cutter is for PVC pipe from 3mm to 35mm in outside diameter. It uses a blade and supporting jaw to cut the pipe as the handles are squeezed.
The tool has an aluminium-alloy body and a steel blade. At 210mm long, it provides a compact hand tool for preparing pipe lengths during plumbing and irrigation work.
Place the pipe squarely in the jaw at the cut mark, then squeeze the handles to make the cut. Check the cut end before assembling the joint.
