Stainless steel 316 100mm x 80mm male x male threaded reducing hex nipple is used to adapt a 100mm (4") female BSP threaded fitting, valve or pipe connection down to an 80mm (3") female BSP connection. It is suitable for marine, pumping, commercial, domestic chemical, irrigation and general water applications where a corrosion-resistant straight threaded connection needs to change size.
Made from grade 316 stainless steel, this reducing hex nipple provides a 100mm (4") male BSP thread on one end and an 80mm (3") male BSP thread on the other, with a hex centre for installation. Use suitable thread sealant or PTFE tape when installing into female BSP threads.
