Puretec MPX300B is a heavy duty single filter housing designed to suit compatible 4.5" x 20" MaxiPlus cartridges. It has 1" BSP inlet and outlet connections and is used for high flow filtration applications where the cartridge, water source and system design match the installation requirements.

The MPX300B has a 160 Lpm flow rating, 0–900 kPa pressure range and 0–38°C operating temperature range. It includes an integrated rust-proof anti-flex aluminium wall mount bracket, but the filter cartridge is not included. Confirm cartridge selection, pressure, flow requirement, installation location and plumbing requirements before ordering.

✓ Recommended Cartridge Selection
Puretec guide examples include PX05MP2 for dirt, rust and sediment on mains water, CB10MP2 for taste and odour on mains water, PL05MP2 for dirt, rust and sediment on rainwater, and DP10MP2 for taste and odour on rainwater.

✓ Cartridge Maintenance
Replace cartridges every 6–12 months, depending on water quality and usage, or sooner if flow reduces, taste returns or odour returns.

✓ Installation
Installation must be completed by a licensed plumber and must follow local plumbing requirements. Use PTFE thread seal tape only; pipe sealants must not be used.

✓ Mounting Clearance
Allow at least 50mm clearance below the bowl for cartridge changes.

✓ Water Quality Note
Do not use with microbiologically unsafe water or water of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system.

✓ Warranty
10 year Puretec warranty – 1 year parts and labour plus 9 years parts only.
