Poly Pipe Low Density 25mm, 25 Metre Coil suited for garden beds, drip irrigation, micro sprays, and low-pressure sprinkler systems. Made from low density polyethylene.
The stated 25mm size is nominal. This pipe has an approximate internal diameter of 25.4mm, an approximate outside diameter of 28.5mm, and a wall thickness of approximately 1.55mm.
Install using 25mm LD poly barbed fittings. Push the fitting fully inside the pipe, then secure the connection with a 25mm ratchet clamp or 25mm cobra clamp.
Low density poly pipe has a maximum operating pressure of 300 kPa or 3 BAR at 35°C. At warmer temperatures the pipe material softens and its maximum operating pressure decreases. If the supply pressure exceeds the allowable operating pressure of this pipe, pressure regulation may be required to avoid bursts and disconnected fittings.
Suitable for above-ground and below-ground installation. Take care the pipe is not exposed to sharp surfaces, excessive pulling, tight bends that would cause kinks, or heavy objects weighing down on it.
