Poly EasyLOK compression metric flanged adaptor 90mm x 3" is used to connect 90mm metric PE pipe to a compatible 3" flanged valve, pump, meter, manifold or pipework connection. It provides an EasyLOK compression connection on the poly pipe side and a flanged connection for bolting to matching flanged equipment.

This 90mm x 3" flanged adaptor uses the EasyLOK compression system. Cut the pipe square before installation, assemble the compression components as required, use a suitable gasket between the flanges, and confirm the pipe size, flange size, bolt selection and pressure requirements before ordering.

EasyLOK compression assembly on the pipe side. Cut pipe square, remove burrs if required, assemble the nut, split ring, collet and O-ring onto the pipe, insert the pipe into the fitting body, then tighten the nut to the flange. Use a suitable gasket between flanges and tighten bolts gradually in sequence with suitable washers.
