This brass jet/spray nozzle fits directly into 1" hose and adjusts with a twist of the barrel. Change from a concentrated jet to a wider spray at the hose end. A rubber bumper surrounds the outlet, helping protect the nozzle when used around fire hose reels.
The barbed hose tail inserts into the bore of 1" hose and is secured with a hose clamp. This connection is distinct from a female-threaded nozzle and does not screw onto a male hose fitting.
The knurled brass barrel provides a grip for adjusting the water pattern. A jet concentrates the water, while a spray spreads it over a wider area. Available flow and reach depend on pressure at the nozzle and the hose supplying it.
The nozzle has a 150psi pressure rating. This is the nozzle pressure limit and does not specify a flow rate or spray distance.
