WD-40 Specialist Lawn & Garden Water Protective Silicone coats surfaces with a smooth, clear silicone film. The film lubricates joints, hinges and moving parts, repels water and helps reduce the build-up of plant residue.

Applications include garden shears, secateurs, branch loppers, hedge trimmers, lawn mowers, shovels and suitable hose connections. WD-40 identifies metal, plastic, rubber and wood as suitable surface types; test rubber and coatings on an inconspicuous area first.

Switch off equipment and allow it to cool before spraying. Apply to a clean, dry surface and work moving parts back and forth after lubrication. Follow the supplied label and equipment owner's manual.
