This 100mm (4") brass gate valve provides manual isolation through female threaded connections. Turning the handwheel raises or lowers the internal gate to open or close the water passage. Its full-bore design leaves a clear passage when fully open, with multi-turn operation allowing the gate position to be changed directly by hand.
Brass body, cover, gate and stem; PTFE packing gland and gasket; cast iron handle.
Pressure: 1600kPa. Temperature: 1°C to 95°C.
Leave sufficient space around the handwheel to operate the valve and around the body for servicing. Select the correct thread size for the adjoining pipe fittings.
