This 32mm (1 1/4") brass foot valve fits at the submerged intake of a pump suction line. Its non-return action retains water when the pump stops, helping maintain pump prime. The intake strainer limits the entry of larger debris, while the threaded outlet connects the valve to the matching suction pipe fitting.
Brass body and cap; fibre washer.
Pressure: 1600kPa. Temperature: 1°C to 95°C.
Keep the intake submerged and allow access to inspect and clean the strainer. Install with the flow direction towards the pump.
Connections: 32mm (1 1/4") female threaded connections.
