DWV Standard "S and P" Trap 40mm is a combination fixture trap that can be configured for either a horizontal wall waste connection or a vertical floor waste connection.
The trap retains water after use, creating a water seal that helps prevent sewer gases and odours from travelling back through the fixture waste outlet. The outlet arrangement can be positioned as a P trap for connection towards a wall or as an S trap for drainage through the floor.
Removable trap nut and seal connections allow the trap to be assembled and accessed for cleaning or maintenance. The 40mm trap also includes one pre-drilled side appliance waste connection nipple with a plug.
Manufactured from polypropylene for non-pressure DWV applications and suitable for installations up to 60°C.
