PVC DWV Junction I.O. FF 45° 65mm is used to connect a 65mm branch pipe into a matching main PVC DWV pipe run at a 45° angle while providing a capped inspection point in the line.
The junction has three female sockets. Two sockets continue the 65mm main pipe in a straight line, while the third socket connects the 65mm branch at 45°.
All three sockets fit over 65mm PVC DWV pipe with an approximately 69mm outside diameter.
A built-in capped inspection opening provides access to the inside of the pipework for inspection, testing and maintenance. The cap can be removed when access is required and refitted afterwards.
The sockets are joined using PVC priming fluid and suitable non-pressure PVC solvent cement. This joining method is known as a solvent weld joint, or SWJ.
The stated 65mm size is nominal and does not equal the measured pipe outside diameter.
PVC DWV pipe and fittings are suitable for use in stormwater, sewerage, wastewater, vent, and other non-pressure applications.
