DWV floor wastes provide a finished drainage point at floor level, allowing water to drain into the non-pressure DWV system while integrating the grate and drainage outlet with the surrounding floor construction.
This range includes several adjustable floor waste systems for tiled and waterproofed floors. Maxi Swivel floor wastes allow both vertical adjustment and a small amount of pivot movement, helping the grate finish level with the surrounding floor. Maxi Adaptor floor wastes provide vertical height adjustment by moving the adaptor, while recessed Twist Top floor wastes use a threaded adaptor that is turned to set the grate height and are particularly suited to thin tile beds.
Vinyl floor wastes are designed differently for sheet vinyl flooring. A two-piece clamp secures the vinyl around the waste opening, providing a purpose-made transition between the floor covering and the drain.
The Maxi Swivel, Maxi Adaptor and Twist Top products on this page use Rubber Ring Joint connections and do not require solvent welding. The vinyl floor waste uses a solvent-weld connection to compatible PVC DWV pipe.
Chrome brass grates provide the exposed floor finish, with round and square designs available depending on the floor waste system.
