This 150mm (6") wafer butterfly valve provides manual shutoff and flow adjustment between Table D flanges. A stainless steel disc turns inside the cast iron body and seals against an EPDM seat. A flange on each side supports the wafer body in the pipeline, while the lever and notch plate control disc position.
Cast iron body; stainless steel disc; EPDM seat. AAP cast-iron construction table lists SS416 stem and ductile iron handle.
Pressure: 1600kPa cold working pressure.
Match the valve, flanges and pipe bore, and provide clearance for the disc to turn without contacting adjoining pipework. Cold working pressure is 1600kPa for the 100mm & 150mm models.
