HOLMAN AUTOMATIC SPLITTER PRO

The Holman Automatic Splitter PRO connects at the valve end of an existing station circuit. It uses that station output and its active and common wires to operate two, three or four valves one after another.

Set the controller station for the combined watering time required. Once the unit has learnt a complete cycle, it divides that time equally between the connected valves. For example, three valves needing 10 minutes each use a total station time of 30 minutes.

On the first cycle, the splitter learns the total run time by cycling through the valves in increasing time steps. Changes to the total watering time are reflected in the equal division on the following cycle. The programming notes are listed in Specifications.

✓ Watering & Programming
Set the station for the total run time required by all connected valves.
The initial cycle learns the run time by giving each valve 1 minute, then 2 minutes, then 4 minutes, continuing as needed until the station switches off.
Following a complete cycle, the previous total run time is divided by the number of connected valves.
After a run-time change, the newly divided time takes effect on the next cycle.
For manual watering, use the same total time as the automatic programme.
Do not interrupt the cycle: this changes the timing used for the next cycle.
