The Hunter BTT Bluetooth Tap Timer is a single-zone battery-operated tap timer for automatic watering from a standard garden tap. It is suited to gardens, pots, flower beds, drip systems, greenhouses, terraces and small lawn areas where simple hose-end irrigation control is required.
The BTT is programmed from a nearby smartphone using the Hunter BTT app. Bluetooth control allows local wireless setup and schedule adjustment within range of the timer, without needing to crouch down at the tap or use small timer buttons. It is not a WiFi controller and does not provide remote access from anywhere.
This 1-zone model supports Timer and Cycling modes for flexible watering. Cycling mode is useful for drip irrigation, seed germination and applications where watering needs to repeat within a set watering window. Manual push-button operation is also available at the timer, with automatic shutoff after 1 hour.
The BTT-101 connects to standard hose tap outlets and includes a quick coupler adapter for hose-end watering setups. It operates using two AA alkaline batteries, includes low-battery indication, passcode protection, a rugged screen filter and IPX6 outdoor protection.
