Brass swing check valves allow water to pass in one direction and close against reverse flow. Forward water movement lifts the hinged check disc, while reverse flow moves it back onto its seat. Threaded connections in 15mm-100mm sizes suit installations for installations that need automatic non-return operation in brass pipe fittings.
The internal check disc operates without an external handle. Brass construction, an EPDM O-ring and a stainless steel pin support non-return operation, with a maximum pressure rating of 1600kPa.
Install with the flow arrow pointing in the intended direction. Horizontal and vertical installation are permitted; vertical pipework must allow upward flow so the disc can close correctly.
