Stainless Steel 316 Hex Nipple Male x Male BSP Specifications

Stainless steel hex nipple with equal male threaded ends.

Stainless Steel 316 Hex Nipple 65mm has 65mm (2 1/2") male BSP threads at both ends. It joins two female threaded fittings, valves or pipe connections in a straight line.

The hex section provides a grip for a spanner during installation.

Made from grade 316 stainless steel, the fitting provides a corrosion-resistant threaded connection. Use suitable thread sealant or PTFE tape on the male BSP threads before installing into female connections.

Avoid joining brass, galvanised and stainless steel fittings directly to one another. Use a plastic or other suitable non-conductive fitting or adaptor between different metals to prevent galvanic corrosion where water is present.
