Stainless Steel 316 Elbows 90° have female BSP threads at both ends. They accept matching male fittings to change the direction of pipework by 90°.
Made from grade 316 stainless steel, these fittings provide a corrosion-resistant threaded connection. Use suitable thread sealant or PTFE tape on the mating male BSP threads.
Avoid joining brass, galvanised and stainless steel fittings directly to one another. Use a plastic or other suitable non-conductive fitting or adaptor between different metals to prevent galvanic corrosion where water is present.
