Rain Harvesting Stormwater 3-Way Diverter 90mm manually redirects water between two different flow paths in 90mm non-pressure stormwater, rainwater or greywater pipework.
The diverter has three 90mm female sockets that fit over PVC stormwater pipe with an approximately 90mm outside diameter. Two sockets connect into the existing pipe run, while the third provides the new diversion branch.
Rotating the front flow-control handle determines which outlet path remains open. The “X” on the handle indicates the pipe direction that is sealed, allowing water to continue along the original pipe run or be redirected through the diversion branch. The handle rotates through 90° between these two positions.
The diverter can be installed in horizontal or vertical pipework, and the handle orientation can be adjusted to suit the installation.
Installation requires approximately 136mm of the existing pipe to be removed before the three female sockets are solvent welded into position using PVC priming fluid and suitable non-pressure PVC solvent cement.
