The PondMAX PS600 is for solar-powered circulation and fountains in clean freshwater ponds, bird baths and water features. Its maximum flow is 630L/h and its separate maximum head is 1.6m in full sunlight. A fountain kit and one solar panel are included.
Output depends on sunlight reaching the panel: cloud, shade and panel angle can reduce flow or stop the pump. Maximum flow and maximum head are separate limits measured in full sunlight. Keep the pump submerged and the panels in direct sun.
Low-water cut-out stops this pump if water falls below its sensors. Optional accessory (not included): PondMAX PS600 backup battery unit, code 02PS015.
Flow is 260L/h at 1m head in full sun. Actual installed flow also depends on the pipe length, diameter, bends and fittings.
Maintain at least half the maximum flow through the pump for motor cooling.
Three-year manufacturer warranty, subject to Aquatec Equipment terms. Retain proof of purchase; consumable impeller parts are excluded.
