Philmac Rural female tee for rural poly pipe, with two compression connections and a female BSP threaded outlet on the branch. The main pipe runs through the compression ends, with the threaded outlet at 90 degrees to it. Tough thermoplastic construction resists impact, UV exposure and corrosion for long service life in farm water supply and irrigation systems.

The Rural connection uses an insert inside the pipe, with a grip ring and nut securing the joint. It can be disconnected and reconnected for alterations or maintenance.

The BSP thread mates with a matching male BSP thread. Pipe size and thread size describe different parts of the fitting; select each to suit the connection. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for thread sealing and tightening.

Rural compression fitting with insert assembly. Cut pipe square, fit the nut and grip ring, tap the insert fully into the pipe, position the insert in the fitting body and tighten the nut with a wrench. Use PTFE tape or suitable thread sealant on the BSP threaded connection.
