Poly 40mm hose nut and tails are used to connect 40mm flexible hose to 40mm (1 1/2") male BSP threaded fittings, outlets and pipework with a removable nut and sealing washer connection. They are suitable for irrigation, rural water, plumbing and general water systems where a hose tail connection needs to be fitted to a male threaded outlet.
Made from UVB stabilised glass fibre reinforced Nylon 6 with an NBR sealing washer, this fitting provides a 40mm (1 1/2") female BSP nut connection on one end and a 40mm hose tail connection on the other. Secure the hose with a suitable hose clamp and ensure the washer is correctly seated during installation.
