Orbit Professional pop-up sprinkler supplied with a 12A adjustable nozzle for lawn and garden irrigation. The 100mm (4") riser extends during watering and retracts when the system switches off. Set the spray for corners, edges or open areas and use the nozzle screw to reduce the watering radius by up to 25%.
The supplied 12A nozzle waters up to approximately 3.7m from the head. This is the watering radius; a full circle extends this distance on every side of the sprinkler. Actual reach depends on water pressure and distance adjustment.
The 100mm pop-up raises the nozzle higher than the 50mm version to give more clearance above surrounding grass. Both heights with a 12A nozzle have the same nozzle flow figures.
Flush the pipework before installing the sprinkler to clear dirt and debris. Set the cap level with the finished ground surface and make sure the extended nozzle clears the surrounding grass.
The spray arc is how far around the sprinkler the water sprays. Adjust the arc at the nozzle to cover the required part of the lawn, or open it to a full circle for an open area.
Use the screw on top of the nozzle to reduce the watering radius by up to 25%. Make small adjustments with a flat-blade screwdriver and check the coverage with the water running.
Flow is 2.65–10.56L/min at 172 kPa, depending on the spray-arc setting. Check the combined flow of all sprinklers that will run together when planning the zone.
For head-to-head coverage, space sprinklers so the spray from each one reaches the next. Use the watering distance after adjustment when planning the spacing.
