The Holman Misting Tap Timer is a battery-operated tap timer designed for short-burst misting and cooling applications. It is suited to greenhouses, vertical gardens, GreenWalls™, patios, pots, outdoor plant areas and other misting setups where watering needs to run for short repeated intervals.
Unlike a standard tap timer that simply runs for one longer watering period, this misting timer operates on a cyclical ON/OFF pattern. A start time and stop time set the active watering window, while the ON and OFF durations control how long the misting runs and rests within that window.
The timer allows misting duration to be set in hours, minutes or seconds, making it useful for greenhouse humidity control, plant cooling and regular short-cycle misting. It also includes 7 day scheduling, manual operation, suspend mode, low battery warning and an easy-to-read digital display.
The timer is designed for above-ground cold water irrigation use only, with a 600kPa maximum pressure rating. As with most tap timers, avoid freezing conditions and remove or protect the timer if very cold weather is expected.
