The Nelson S7 flow-control micro sprinkler is supplied with a stake and feedtube for watering around trees and shrubs. Its blue spinner plate has a break-off tab that reduces the watering radius for young plants. The quick-clean connection lets you disconnect the sprinkler for flushing and reconnect it afterwards.
The red 7FC nozzle regulates flow as inlet pressure changes. Leave the tab fitted to concentrate watering closer to a young tree, then break it off for wider coverage as the tree grows. With the tab removed, the blue plate provides approximately 4.3m radius at 150kPa, with a flow of 95 litres per hour.
The assembly uses a QC4 stake with 4mm feedtube and a lateral take-off for connection to the supply line. Keep the sprinkler upright so the spinner can operate correctly. Performance figures refer to pressure at the sprinkler head, after any pressure loss through the feedtube.
