This INGCO digital multimeter measures voltage, current, resistance, capacitance and frequency. The rotary selector sets the measurement function, with separate input sockets for the test leads. It provides DC voltage ranges up to 1000V, AC voltage ranges up to 750V and AC/DC current ranges up to 10A.
Non-contact voltage detection provides an indication of nearby AC voltage without connecting the test leads. This indication does not confirm that a circuit is safe to touch or isolated. The meter also includes diode testing and duty-cycle measurement, which shows the proportion of time a repeating signal is on.
The backlit LCD has a 6000-count display and true-RMS AC measurement. Reading hold keeps a measurement on screen, while maximum and minimum recording helps track changes. An inbuilt torch and illuminated input-socket indicators assist use in darker work areas.
The meter uses two LR6 AA batteries and includes a set of test leads. Its low-battery indicator shows when the batteries need replacing.
