The Seaflo 12V macerator pump empties marine and RV holding tanks and transfers waste from fish boxes or livewell receptacles. Its four-blade stainless steel cutter breaks down normal waste before it passes through the pump and discharge hose.
Maximum open flow is 45LPM. Delivery decreases as discharge pressure and hose resistance increase, and also depends on the waste being pumped.
Inlet: 1 1/2" male NPT thread, with a 38mm (1 1/2") hose barb.
Outlet: 25mm (1") hose barb.
The sealed motor has sealed bearings, O-ring seals and a corrosion-resistant coating. Motor thermal protection helps protect against overheating. The pump is ignition protected.
The flexible-impeller pump is self-priming. The installation sheet gives a suction lift of up to 1.5m with a wet impeller or 1.2m with a dry impeller. Mount close to the holding tank to reduce suction losses and time spent without liquid.
Use intermittently and allow cooling breaks between runs. Switch the pump off as soon as the tank empties; brief dry-running capability does not provide automatic empty-tank shutdown. Flush the tank and pump with water after use.
The pump handles normal holding-tank waste and fish-box residues such as scales. It is not suitable for hard objects, rags, cloth wipes or sanitary products. Waste must be discharged to an appropriate collection or disposal point.
The pump requires a 12V DC supply and has a maximum current draw of 12A.
