The Seaflo 800GPH 04 Series livewell pump supplies water to bait tanks and fish-holding livewells from a flooded inlet. Its removable motor cartridge gives access to the motor and impeller for cleaning or replacement without disconnecting the fixed plumbing.
Maximum flow is 61LPM and maximum head is 4m. These are separate limits: flow decreases as the delivery height and hose resistance increase. Actual flow through the livewell depends on the hose and spray-bar arrangement.
The straight threaded intake mounts through the hull or transom below the waterline. The discharge connects to 19mm (3/4") hose. Sealing nut and washers are included for the through-hull mounting.
The pump uses a 12V DC supply and has 1m leads. It requires water at the inlet and does not lift water into a dry suction line.
Use intermittently, allowing cooling breaks between runs. The pump supplies water to a livewell or bait tank; it does not provide a guaranteed oxygen level or fish-holding time.
The cartridge release allows access to the motor and impeller for maintenance. Keep the intake and impeller clear of debris. Maximum liquid temperature is 43°C. Do not rely on dry-running capability as an automatic shutdown when the water supply is lost.
