This Bermad 100 Series 80mm basic hydraulic valve uses water pressure to operate its diaphragm-controlled passage. Applying pressure to the control chamber closes the valve; releasing that pressure allows it to open. The body provides hydraulic on/off control for irrigation headworks and similar water systems, using a control arrangement matched to the application.
